So, it wasn't quite one month, but I stepped back on the scale today.
I had gained about 4 lbs, which I hadn't logged when I decided to take
my hiatus, and I'm happy to report that even with being sick for two
weeks, I've shed those 4 lbs plus one more. In total, I'm down 8 lbs.
Let's hope that slow and steady really does win the race.
I've
started walking more again the past few days. I plan to keep this up
and walk each day. Beginning April 8 I'll be back to working my earlier
shift again and will begin walking home on a daily basis. I plan to do
the same this coming week, but finishing a bit later, we'll see how that
goes.
Going to keep moving, and hopefully with that the scale keeps moving downwards.
